Hoodia controls appetite but doesn’t control metabolism. It also doesn’t check what else you are putting into your body. It’s you who have to decide how to go for a healthy diet. A perfectly balanced diet is based on the fruits and vegetables of the earth. In the past, such diet was considered food of the masses, as opposed to diet rich in protein and carbohydrate that was followed by the noble. It happens that this diet followed by a majority of the inhabitants of the Mediterranean land, along with a limited meat has become a model to be accepted by other countries, whose traditional diets are particularly harmful. And good example is the high incidence of diseases associated with diets high in fat, carbohydrates, red meat, or lacking vitamin intake.
The most famous global nutritionists, very recently, observed the low incidence of mortality and healthy longevity in the villages surrounding the Mediterranean. Their findings and advice was clear: follow the same eating habits. This is not considering any particular product, but the frequency and proportions in which all are taken. The so-called Mediterranean diet is not much different from consuming the traditional products in the regular quantities:- Always around 75% vegetables, fruits, vegetables, fish, cereals, and olive oil. In the remaining 25% enter other foods.
The Seville diet even exceeds the agreed quota of vegetables, (according to the average of what is eaten every year.) Sometimes it takes more meat, in times of killing or hunting, winter vegetables and cool summers of vegetables, with fish and olive oil usually taken throughout the year.
